Just a few things: shifted books to make room for more work space in the reading room, upgraded wireless, moved Datatel to a new server, implemented a new video-streaming service, re-digitized over 200 films for streaming to specific courses, installed a new system to better support student advising, helped faculty prepare for using Moodle, converted 200 mail lists to google Groups, upgraded the help desk ticketing system, did background work to implement improved and more user-friendly print management, completed the installation of video conferencing units, replaced primary network switches in 11 buildings, replaced and upgraded several hundred computers across campus, tested and updated over 100 mediating classrooms. Digitized hundreds of objects from the Archives, revamped our new student orientation activities, collaborated in developing requirements for a e-portfolia system, supported the re-skinning of the campus website, and much, much more! What did you do?
