We have some! Check the catalog for titles like Maus and Persepolis (or ask at the Research Help Desk) and you can tell us which ones you think we should get, via the book request form on our website. FYI: graphic novels/compilation volumes (also known as trade paperbacks or TPB editions) are easier for us to get than either single issues or subscriptions.
