This isn't an exhaustive list, but:
1. Learn some breathing or meditation exercises you can use both as prevention and during a tough time.
2. Talk to Counseling Services, Religious and Spiritual Life, or a friend.
3. Take breaks when you can.
4. Walk, dance, do whatever sort of activity helps you de-stress.
5. Be as kind to yourself as you can -- a treat, a nap, a warm shower, ask a friend for a hug, etc.
