We're not sure. Jorge may be all or part of Pilgrim, which is a breed of goose. Female pilgrims have more gray feathers than males and brown eyes while Pilgrim ganders have blue eyes.But we can't be certain Jorge is actually that breed, and we can't ask! Note that animals are usually described as having biological sex, not gender, because they do not, as far as we know, have a societal chromosomal, hormonal and morphological indicators of biological sex.
